Property Building in Hotel Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa
I’ll review the hotel next, but first wanted to explain the excellent service I received from the staff, specifically Ibtissam. We checked in on 21st April and the staff were able to accommodate us before their check in time which we very much appreciated. Our room was lovely, with a seaside view however, Ibtissam & her team were able to surprise me with a beautiful upgrade to one of their suites for my birthday! The view was breath taking! She was wonderful in a few other interactions as well. Give her a promotion! As for the hotel, we really enjoyed it. It seemed quite intimate with a beautiful ambiance. The suite was very spacious, bed was comfortable which meant we always had a good nights sleep. The location is fantastic, lots of stuff close by. There are several pools in the hotel, bars and a nice restaurant (pricey though!). The beachfront was nice also. There was a varied breakfast selection that was delicious each day. We absolutely loved the spa & massage, very relaxing way to end our trip to Agadir.

The room was clean, comfortable and had an excellent view. The hotel staff were very friendly , efficient and helpful and the Hotel cat Saul, was a lovely friendly fellow. The Hotel had a very relaxing Moroccan ambiance and grounds and gardens were well maintained and picturesque. The Pools were very clean and had plenty sun loungers and towels and the pool users were very well looked after by the pool staff. Zakaria was particularly helpful , friendly and obliging. The room service was first class and the food in the Moroccan restaurant was excellent and had a great atmosphere. The Beach bar area was very pleasant and had a first class barbecue on Sundays. I did a lot of walking around the city and found it to be interesting and safe.

The Sofitel Thalassa in Agadir is a top five-star Hotel with all luxury and expected amenities, top servive and a fantastic huge garden with two large swimming pools, one of them heated that a guest willing to pay the price can expect. All of the team is well trained and friendly and helpful in a way that cannot even always expected in the class of luxury Hotel. We like to make a special mention as regards the kindness and unusual service we received from the waiter Rachid and also for the very special attention and service to us by the Manager looking after the breakfast buffet organisation. There is no more to say. The Hotel is perfect and can be fully recommended as a Five-Star Resort.

Me & my partner stayed here in November & I must say it was so sensational, they upgraded our room on arrival at no extra cost as it was our 5 year anniversary, the room was stunning, clean with a amazing view from the balcony! They cleaned our room everyday providing new slippers, robes and bottles of water - so thoughtful. The staff were ever so nice, I really would love to give a big thank you Meryem, Doyaa, Hussein, the concierge, the pool staff, everyone!!! For such a pleasant and memorable stay at Sofitel, you were all so welcoming and such a refreshing experience. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Service was amazing from Osama, Yasin and Imane. The quality of service was impeccable and they truly made our wedding anniversary that extra special! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Agadir as the facilities are unmatched! Would definitely be visiting again! The staff looked after our needs constantly and also were so helpful on our day of check out too! Thank you everyone at Sofitel Agadir I am truly touched by your amazing high quality service and would recommend to all my friends and family! I can’t wait to visit again.
